VISIBLE OR INVISIBLE

CHAPTER 3 · COMPANION TOOL

AI Visibility Operating Check

From Visible or Invisible by Sannah Vinding

What matches, differs, or needs checking in the information used to answer your customer?

Choose one product or product family and one real customer question. Record what you have, compare it with what you find, and note what is different, missing, or still unclear. You can begin on either side and save or print after one comparison.

Your AI Visibility Operating Check

Check one product or product family and one real customer question.

Browser copies and privacy

Answers stay in this open page until you save them. Closing or refreshing can lose your work. A browser copy stays in this browser profile, can be seen by anyone using that profile, does not sync to another device, and can be removed when site data is cleared. This worksheet makes no AI calls or answer submissions. Other scripts or WordPress plugins on this page may have their own data practices.

Keep a downloaded JSON copy before closing. Use an approved channel to share it or your PDF. For a team check, choose one person to maintain the file.

What information do you have now?

Record the information you’re starting with and where it came from. It’s okay if it still needs checking.

What did you find, and where?

Name the source and record what you found, such as a ChatGPT answer, a distributor’s temperature rating, or a price from an internal price sheet. Add a link, date, or other detail in the same notes only if useful. Keep AI answers unedited.

Optional: Choose a next action

Use this only when you have a next action. If the answer is still unknown, name what needs investigating and who will help. You do not have to label an open question as an error.

Record a review when needed

Proceed when the product can be found, verified, trusted, and carried into a named customer process with clear owners. Adjust when the answer is incomplete or hard to verify. Hold when proof conflicts, sourcing confidence is unclear, or correction ownership is missing. A completed form is not approval.
