Identify high-value knowledge

Choose one question worth answering. It can help a customer, a colleague, or the expert who keeps getting interrupted.

Start with a question that keeps coming up, depends on one expert, or is hard to answer consistently. Consider knowledge at risk when an experienced colleague leaves or retires.

Think about a customer decision, time freed for an expert, or a mistake avoided. A question can matter even if only a few people need the answer.
