Session only · Nothing saves automatically.

Use the phases you need. Empty phases won’t appear in your printout.

Select a phase to edit. Blue marks the phase you’re editing.

At each gate: review evidence, confirm ownership, decide.

A filled box does not mean the work is complete or a decision is approved.

Saving, printing, and privacy

Save working copy downloads an editable JSON file. Open that file in this Seven-Phase tool to continue later. Earlier Seven-Phase working copies open with all original notes preserved. Each old Output becomes one work item and its Owner / team becomes the responsible person or team; no activity is invented. Nothing saves automatically. Optional browser saving stays in this browser profile, does not sync, and can be lost when browser data is cleared. Other people using this profile may be able to access it.

Print uses the phases you’ve filled in, from one to seven, across a landscape overview, including Letter and A4. Empty phases are left out; the original phase numbers stay the same. All seven phases remain in your saved working copy. The 17 × 11 option gives each column more room. Short work cards fit on the overview. Cards that need more room move together to labeled continuation pages, with page references on the map. Very long cards continue across pages at readable size. Your words are never silently cut off or shrunk to fit. The product-development example uses all seven phases. The online overview keeps all seven phases together; select a phase to edit its details.

Use the matching landscape paper size, 100% scale, no browser headers or footers, and Margins: None. This tool provides its own margins. Save a working copy as well if you want to edit later.

This module does not submit your notes to a server or email service. Your host website may have its own scripts and policies. Follow your organization’s data rules.
