Map one workflow before adding AI support. Make the problem, handoffs, root cause, owners, and first test visible to the people doing the work.

Define a better flow and the boundary between AI support and human judgment.

What should happen instead?

What should AI prepare, summarize, draft, compare, or route?

Where must a person still judge, approve, or handle the relationship?

Name the people accountable for the workflow and its quality.
